The 'at-a-glance' traffic light system enables you to instantly see the status of each individual and a more detailed view of an individual's qualificaitons and competences can be viewed at the click of a button making it simple to track training and any refreshers required.

The notes feature allows you to add specific notes to either a cardholder's profile or to multiple profiles at once and can act as a reminder for such things as appraisals, driving license checks, toolbox talks, plant and equipment or PPE issue. When you add an expiry date to a note on an individual's profile you will automatically receive email notifications when approaching expiry and when expired.
